MY JOURNAL
The "Breakfast with God Grateful Journal" was created out of a habit that I began after recovering from my hospitalization. That experience changed my life into one focused on gratefulness and spirituality.
From the day that I left the hospital, I have started each morning with reading scripture and prayer. I also started a journal where I write seven things that I am grateful for that day.
By doing this simple thing, each day has become more joyful and peaceful.
